In each of the management roles I served while employed at talbots, I was

the principle contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders to support

their project portfolios for the application areas I supported. This would

involve defining projects that would support the strategic direction for

the department areas, it, and the company has a whole. I managed anywhere

from ten to fifteen active projects at any given time. This would include

initiation through closure, which could involve in-house development, third

party, or a combination of both.
