Project Name : IMAGE COMPRESSION using MATLAB
Technology : Image processing Toolbox, GUI
Description :
"Image Compression Using MATLAB" is a project in which we use Image
processing toolbox to reduce the pixel density of image by technique of
DCT. MATLAB was used to write code for a program which could output a
quantized DCT version of the input image and techniques for hardware
implementation of jpeg algorithm in a speedy way were investigated. In this
project
GUI is used in place of hardware and by this method the density of pixel is
reduced. And these compress image are easily transfer by web.
