Developed the ultra high pressure self rotating surface cleaning nozzle, a breakthrough product

cementing Jetstream’s position as a leading innovator of surface cleaning accessories

Designed critical spin nozzle components circumventing patents held by Jetstream’s competitors

Produced 3D models and fabrication drawings using SolidEdge 3D CAD software

Analyzed the structural integrity of the spin nozzle using ANSYS non linear stress analysis

Optimized the spin nozzle fluid flow using the results of ANSYS CFD analysis to redesign its

components

Tested these prototypes to establish life and performance characteristics of the spin nozzle and its

Redesigned various subcomponents of the NeXbot to improve system performance and
