Provided structure to ailing nonprofit. Conducted intervention assessment to develop a plan to revitalize
the fundraising, membership, grant compliance and morale at the station. During this tenure FCC
compliance was stabilized, membership increased by 26%, fundraising increased by over 34% and debt
was decreased by 70%. A leadership accountability program was developed and provided increased
station morale.

Managed all aspects of organizational leadership including fundraising, community support, personnel, program
direction, station compliance with grantees and Board of Directors. The hiring goals was to improve the station so
that it could be sold. Station revenue increased by 400% in the first six months and the station was sold for three
times the purchase price.
