*In charge of 113 Unit Luxury Condominium maintenance and repair work, as well as the
operations of the building systems (boiler, heating, plumbing, electric and elevators). Responsibilities
include cleaning, garbage, recycling, maintenance, repairs, snow/ice removal and pool, enforcing building
rules, apartment renovations, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, etc. Working with and reporting issues
to manager, ensure owners and tenants comply with building and city codes. Serving as on-site
coordinator with contractors and agencies. Supervises building staff (handyman and porter). Performs
custodial and related services including but not limited to sweeping the sidewalk and all entrances daily,
maintaining the main entrance and hallways (stripping and buffing machines), elevators, stairs, lobby and
