of Oracle BRM And Installation of Oracle BRM and its required

components was done.

suppression flag against the profile and to calculate the no of

cycles to be suppressed as per the requested date.

o Fm_tpt_bill_gen_memo.c : This opcode was build to generate a

separate invoice for the the credit and dibit adjustment given

on the bill.

. Customization of BRM policy opcodes for billing module.

o Fm_act_pol_spec_glid.c : This policy opcode was customized to

add tax code against the balance impacts.

o Fm_bill_pol_calc_pymt_due_t.c : this opcode was customized to

set the due date of the invoice.

o Fm_bill_pol_check_suppression.c : This opcode was customized to

add a function which was suppressing the the bill.

o Fm_bill_pol_get_pending_items.c : This opcode was customized to

pick the adjustment item in the bill.

o Fm_bill_pol_init.c : this policy was customized to add config

for different company codes which was used at the time of

billing.

o Fm_bill_pol_spec_billno.c : This policy opcode was customized to

generate the billno with the custom sequence in specific

template in which the sequence was reset every month.

o Fm_tpt_act_load_productivity_data.c : This opcode was customized

to load the discount percentage on the bill for the customer.

PCM_OP_BILL_DEBIT was called for the same. The value was set in

the bal group and this was picked at the time of billing to

calculate the discount.

. Perl Scripts :

o Written perl scripts which will reset the sequences used in

generating the bill no at the end of the month after billing.

o Written scripts to call uel for loading discount percentage.

for the Development of the changes that is being implemented time to time.

This project involves an end-to-end solution for tracking the generated

revenue and Automatic deal and plan creation.

Responsibilities:

. Analyzing the requirements from the BSS side.

. Provide Solution from BSS side. Provided the solution for tracking the

total earned revenue being generated on daily basis.

. Design and implementation of new opcodes.

o fm_user_defined_pol_infinity_services.c : This opcode was

developed to implement the infinite plan. The plan consists of

the basic plan and some add-ons which can be scheduled by the

user. So this opcode was to purchase the add-ons, to bring it

into effect when the add-ons has been scheduled and deactivate

it when the validity expires.

. Customization of BRM policy opcodes

o fm_user_defined_pol_dealer_paymemt.c : this opcode was to handle

the bahaviour of paymemt made by the dealer. To get rid of some

fraud dealer the behavior was changed.

o fm_rate_pol_post_rating.c : Customized this opcode for tracking

the revenue being generated for each usage.

. Wrapper opcodes : Written wrapper opcodes for creating some typical

plans, deals and products and gave them a GUI which can easily be used

by any people and decreased the effort for the same.

. Migration of the Account : Worked on the migration of the account.

some accounts was maintained on tally which was migrated to BRM

system.

. Perl Scripts : Written perl scripts for multiple purpose like for

account creation, setting the credit limit, make invoice, make_bill,

etc.

management. This project mainly includes the customization of Oracle BRM

product as per the requirements.

. Worked on the GL feeds where were extracted from BRM and sent to the
