Reporting to Director of Site Operations, led the Packaging Department of

four Line Supervisors, two Set up Leaders and 40 technicians in the

packaging / manufacturing of Nutraceutical products.

. Led the department to deliver a consistent performance of 99.4 % (CTS)

Conformance to schedule at 98.5 % Fill Rate by improving on change over

times, set up times and run times.

. Provided visible leadership by defining and driving strategies to

support Valeant corporate vision to achieve Quality, Productivity,

Safety goals & ensure compliance of GMP/ cGMP requirements.

. Developed and managed the capital budget over $250,000 for the

Packaging/ Manufacturing departments including Capex.

. Implemented Lean Manufacturing (5S, SMED, Value Stream, TPM) at a

departmental level through the use of lean tools and philosophies. Led
