implementation in CARDEX (the home grown ERP system), so B/E is

SAS (Software as a service) model.

notification) project where Shaw will be able to bill for customers

. Led the successful design, development, implementation of a multi-

million dollar billing and CRM system for a new telecom carrier whose

database that halved the billing time from 48 hours to < 24 hours.

the bill cycle duration and helped save thousands of dollars in lost

upgrading to a new version of the billing framework (Portal 6.5 to

7.2), Oracle version 9.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.3 and Solaris 8 to 9. This

initiative resulted in generating additional $2 million in revenue.

. Managed and reduced the data volume in the existing database, by

designing, developing and automating an archiving strategy (by > 40%).

This saved an estimated $100,000 every year and improved overall

database performance by 20%. .
