Objective

To explore employment in the education field that will allow me to use the skills I have obtained

through work experience and education. I would like to go back to working with children with

developmental disabilities and their families. My husband and I own property in the area and

Family Care Specialist. Worked extensively with families and grief. Was responsible for the

obtaining donor/family authorization for donation throughout the southeast region. Worked

collaboratively with the medical, nursing and other departments as necessary in the planning,

design, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of educational and quality assurance

programs related to donation. Assessed family dynamics and, as appropriate, initiates early

family intervention and support. Functioned as the designated requestor, as appropriate, for the

discussion of organ and tissue donation with the next of kin to secure written authorization as

defined by the hospital policy.
