Intel is replacing its current use of a heavily customized SAP solution
for warehouse management. UTI has signed a contract with Intel to use of
their warehouse management application (WM4000) for the Israel Fab 28
Silicon warehouse. Intel will use SAP as their ERP system for inventory
and order management, and develop interfaces with UTi using RosettaNet
standards to exchange data with UTi's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Intel is currently using these interfaces with multiple 3PL providers
The goal of this project is to implement Inventory Movement related
electronic transactions between Intel SAP(EDI-SAP XI) and UTi warehouse
system (WM4000) with respect to UTi managed warehouse for Intel in Israel.
The project focuses on the B2B and EAI aspects of the solution within the
scope of UTi. The scope of the project is broadly classified into 3 main

using WPG to convert EDI and XML to IDOC's and load them to SAP by WBI and
used to get Deliveries from SAP system by WBI and convert them to ASN's
(EDI) send them to their customers using WPG.
SMSC has WBIC 4.2 and WBI 4.4 currently both in their development and
production boxes. We migrated to WPG 6.0 from WBIC 4.2. Create d new set
ups for their new trading partners and created new mappings for EDI to any
and any to EDI and integrate with back end systems like WBI.
