• ARCAD Implementation

Implement ARCAD for Change Management and Version Control.

- Migrate and consolidate all sources

- Creating necessary utility related.

- Retrieve lost sources

- Make sure all functions in ARCAD works for each phase SIT/UAT, Migrating to

Production.

• ERACOM using TCP/IP

Designed, developed, deployed, new interface program for ERACOM boxes which have a new

feature of TCP/IP as communication protocol.

- Creating API from scratch.

- Test all messaging functions : encrypt, decrypt, PIN Mailer, store/restore dynamic keys.

- Make sure the HSM Boxes works well under TCP/IP socket.

• Euronet 2.2 Migration

In this project, we have a new product Euronet 2.2 Banking Middleware System, since the old Arksys

1.4 is no longer supported by Euronet.

- Creating new core interface.

- Creating new HSM interface.

- Customizing new 3rd Party interface (Lintas Arta, Telkom etc).

- Card Management Testing

• Iseries 570 Migration

Leading the new Iseries Machine migration from the old 550 to the new 570, including the movement

of the machine to the new Data Centre location .

- 570 Benchmarking process

- Arrange and monitoring the machine migration to Data Centre.

- Backup process (Entire System) and Restore to the new machine.

- Synchronized data during the migration using Mirroring Application (MIMIX).

- Synchronized patch and program for the new machine 570.

- Do the first EoD Batch works well under the new machine 570.

- Making sure all 1000 branches connects and works well under the new core machine

570.

operations. Implemented Change Management Control procedures to ensure full compliance with

company policies and procedures. Generated weekly statistical and department performance reports for

senior management review.
