Wireless USB which is based on 802.11b protocol is very similar to

USB2.0 in that it provides communication services between a wireless USB

host and wireless USB devices. It provides point to point communication

over the air at a bandwidth of 480Mbps to 110Mbps. It is easy to install

and setup. It also provides backward compatibility with the wired USB

software. The device simulator is a firmware simulation developed to

simulate the wireless USB device functionalities to test the MAC layer of

wireless USB host controller.

The web sub task in 'All in One' printer system carries out various

operations like scanning, printing, receiving and sending mails and fax,

address book maintenance, mailbox maintenance and e-filing of all printer

data. Web Sub Task does the following activities for web maintenance of MFP-

Export of Address Book, Department info, Printer Log, Fax receive and Fax

transmit Log, Scan Log, and message log into CSV (comma separated value)

Security monitoring system monitors the door, window and check for the any

movement in the premises. Here we have implemented the software for our

problem in Vx-Works(RTOS).The program is written using the 'C' Language.

Here first we check any input from door window or premises as soon as the

input is received we check whether the power supply is sufficient for our

alarm if not we switch to 'UPS 'ups mode and once the power supply is

stable, We take the action according to the input received. The input

information is send to the intruder task and intruder task sends the same

to the build monitor. The build monitor checks the input and trigger the

alarm system. The alarm system acknowledges the input and then sends the

appropriate message to the respective task (e.g. audio alarm, lighting

system, communication line etc.

Project Details:

The Scalable Coherent Interface (SCI) is a system bus architecture based on

IEEE 1596-1992 standard fulfills the required condition for supercomputing.

Memory access is mediated to target memory by SCI hardware. The high

throughput, low latency, low CPU overhead architecture of scalable-switched

fabric makes it suitable for large data acquisition systems. SCI's protocol

allows local-area networking. It can also be used as an open system

interconnects for high speed networking applications. The use of link
