Manage Training Operations for all company locations, with a concentration on:

• Oversee training program of new and current General Managers, Assistant Managers, and

hourly staff throughout all Corporate, South Florida locations.

seminar in November 2014. Subsequently, I ensure all new Management team members

receive the same training.

• Create a Certified Training Program to advance training and promotion initiatives, with a

concentration on increasing employee retention, increasing store revenue, and

maintaining the quality and standard of our products.

• Ensure Management teams comply with Corporate and local Health Department

standards through routine inspections and guest service evaluations.

• Provide support to Franchisee locations with Management training and use of operations

support and materials.

• Work with Director of Operations to evaluate efficacy of current systems to make

constant improvements and adjustments for optimum success.

• Assess needs of Management Team on a day to day basis to aid with staffing, product

ordering, scheduling, guest service, training, marketing and advertising, P & L

statements, comp sales, inventory, cash management, etc.

• The training materials and operations systems I designed and implement include:

1. Positional Manuals for all four positions in our restaurants;

2. Management Operations Manual;

4. Career Path Program for positional certification and to implement a

promotion scale for employee growth and development;
