Evaluated and staff responsibility for time-sensitive lifecycle recruiting,

sourcing, identifying, recruiting, interviewing, screening for candidates

with various military backgrounds and international experience. Provided

direct administrative, operational support and coordination to contract

managers and support personnel at all stages of company contracts

company spending budget by 50% utilizing all available recruiting

resources such as, internet, print media, radio, TV, in-house, word of
