Responsible for sourcing high profile fixture programs that display high end cosmetic and

skin care programs as well as the new international cosmetic Boots #7.

Drove costs down for the organization by $5 million in 2013 through aggressive negotiations

for new and existing programs without compromising fixture quality.

Successfully negotiate procurement contracts with major vendors to guarantee maximum

Led major pricing project to drive a 25% cost reduction on new cosmetic fixtures to be rolled

Managed two other buyers and worked with merchandising division and outside Salesman to

metal and wood store fixtures manufactured from multiple sources in the far east.

Negotiated lower pricing with new and existing suppliers to bring a $50,000 per year savings

to the cost of goods sold.

Sourced new import programs for outside salesman to bring $300,000 additional sales to

the company.

Successfully developed new Madix gondola program to bring a nationally recognized high

quality brand name to the catalog division.

Created an import private label gondola system that offered compatibility with both Madix

and Lozier shelving at 30% less than domestic brands.
