Family Nurse Practitioner As a family nurse practitioner, I provide

second rotation I performed clinical at Cornerstone Pediatrics providing

service to well and sick children. The third rotation of clinical I

performed sick call and primary care at William Beaumont Army Medical

Center 6th Brigade with Stan Harmon. My final location for clinical was at

Physician Health Associates where I completed 450 clinical hours. I had

the opportunity to provide well adult health care to women and men and to

also see sick children for walk-in clinic. I had the opportunity to

diagnose patients with Type 2 Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension,

Hypothyroid, Osteoporosis, and countless cases of flu, otitis media,

pneumonia, bronchitis, and asthma management.
