Performed full review of mortgage loans in accordance with underwriting guidelines ensuring secondary

market salability and investor salability. Job functions includes but not limited to: determining

acceptability of borrower's credit history, work history and income documentations. Reviewing loan

documents for accuracy, Analyzing self-employed borrower, working with processors and account

managers to ensure files flow through, and conditions on files are satisfied. Review of preliminary reports

and appraisal.

Prepare and pre-underwrite files and submit the loan file to DU, underwriter when needed.
