Skill and abilities

Clinical:

Planned directed and managed pediatric patient menu and Wrote

nutritional care summary of patient profiles.in acute hospital. Developed

care plans, preformed nutritional screening and assessments, determined

nutritional risk levels and meal patterns for cardiac, diabetic, and

pediatric patients. Educated patients regarding growth chart and

therapeutic diets.

Management:

Performed all managerial task in dietary department include purchasing

foods, receiving groceries, budgeting, catering, and kitchen safe and

sanitary, Have started a buffet dining program, installation of coffee

carts, a new menu system, a tray card system, and a dehydration program in

the facilities. Experienced in analyzing nutrient contents of recipes,

standardized recipes, and have converted recipes that are then checked for

quality assurance by OBRA/JACHO standard.

Communication and computer skills:

Able to build patient's therapeutic menu, create booklets aimed at teaching

patients about healthy diets, and creating forms using excel and other

website technology. Computer experience includes working with nutritional

analysis program, word processing, clip board, and excel. Communication

wise I have the ability to easily train staff in different duties and

skills.
