Temporary role as Unit Leader (UL) at the FCA Jefferson North Assembly
Plant involved leading and managing a production group while proactively
maintaining quality, throughput, and delivering a best-in-class vehicle.
Other assignments included, but were not limited to continuous improvement
and project support to the Focus Improvement and People Development
entities engaged to analyze and track data, run/create production (PFS &
FIS) project reports, and update Pillar Radar Charts (measurements of core
competencies) for the manufacturing assembly group. Additional
responsibilities involved championing safety projects, developing training
modules, updating standard work instructions (SWI)), One Point Lessons
(OPLs), technical writing projects, managing (WCM) Kaizens tools used to
document the continuous improvement process. Daily MS Office tools usage

Private Industries (Telecommute)
As a Personal Services Contractor, I wrote RFP Proposal Writer, Grants,
design/developed Training Modules for Technical Training organizations and
private companies. Contractual work involved writing proposals and
researching projects with assistance and interface with SMEs. Present Cost-
Benefit Analysis for project deadlines and progress to project director
within a limited time frame. Worked on projects that had some complexity
and challenges and are apt to bring workforce solutions to business gaps.
Researched, analyzed, and developed creative ways to troubleshoot and
problem solve. My expertise as was indicated above is researching,
writing, designing, developing and finally evaluating to make sure projects
are sustainable. The work that was performed was always executed in a

Utilizing the A.D.D.I.E. Instructional Design methodology I was contracted
to design training curricula and an apprenticeship training module while
applying adult learning theories, and learning objectives. I submitted a
job proposal and after obtaining winning bid/proposal from the city through
presentations and writing samples, I was contracted to write the
Apprenticeship Training Program and manage the Community-Based Job
Training Grant (CBJTG) project designed to support the workforce
development efforts of low-income, unemployed and dislocated workers
seeking to obtain an entry-level career path in retail and/or hospitality
management. I successfully designed, developed and implemented a workforce
training module by working with third party contractors, meeting government
compliance by tracking, reporting, project time lines and key milestones.
