JOB PROFILE:

. Strong supervising skills in fabrication of pipe works as per issued

construction drawing.

. Supervised Erection of piping on site as per site isometric & plan

drawing.

. Monitoring the job as well as responsible for quality workmanship in

job. Achieving productivity improvements & eliminating non value added

operations.

. Taking daily progress reports from lead man and foreman.

. Able to prepare punch list of line preparation for hydrostatic testing

as per approved hydrostatic test package and marked on the isometric &

P&ID drawing for the limit of test.

. Conducting Erection of piping in accordance with the plan drawing and

approved procedure.

. Always instruct the people about safety Quality & productivity.

. To follow & check the erection & installation of mechanical equipments

and piping work likes valves, fittings,tanks,vessels pumps, separator

and associated supports for all equipment are carried out as per

standard specification, quality system design, manufacturing and

testing.

. Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.

. To develop and Implement Management System of the Projects in line

with Contract and Company's guidelines and ensure elimination of

accident.

. Day-to-Day monitoring and supervision of Safety in work at site. To

ensure Safety in Works conforms to Project Specifications.

. Erection and execution of structures. Carry out inspection of

structural fabrication work according to codes and standards.

. Performing welding inspection activity.

. Erection and execution of piping in HVAC & CHILLER WATER LINE AND RTR

Piping.

. Experience of performing inspection activities like Dimensional

Inspection.

. Performed inspection of piping fabrication work according drawing.

. Planning / organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to

meet the deadlines/target dates & implementing QA/QC plans.

. Supervising & coordinating with work force in executing job to

completion on time as per work plan & with safety

precautions/procedures.
