Labor Relations Representative

As Labor Relations Representative I administered the absenteeism and FLMA
programs, held disciplinary action hearings. I was involved in conflict
resolution to resolve grievances. Used Collective Bargaining to negotiate
and administer contractual issues, and answered third stage grievances.
Answered EEOC complaints. Administered the company HRIS system database
referred to as the Ford "INFO" system for the Supervisor of Labor
Relations. Licensed and put into service every salaried employee's lease
vehicle. I was an ISO 9000 quality and ISO 14,000 environmental auditor.
Relieved the Safety-Security Supervisor on alternate weekends. As Safety-
Security Supervisor I supervised (10) guards.

interviewing process. I both interviewed and I designed spreadsheets to

I designed a flow chart to stream line status changes for production
personnel moves.

Attained an "A" in the Better Business Bureau for customer service within
one year and have maintained an "A" for five plus years. I received 110%
awards in High School Football and Wrestling demonstrating great work
ethics as a team player with ingrained behavioral experiences. I received 8
to 10 excellent performance reviews in Human Resources at Ford Motor
Company.
I am pursuing Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of
Louisville. My current GPA is 3.35 of 4.0 with more than 10 classes
completed and I strive to complete this degree.
