The drafting of the new enclosed car-parks (up to 30), the monitoring and supervision of the works,

the compliance with the particular regulations (local, regional, national, European), the budget control

of the works, the preparation of technical reports, the elaboration of studies for safety at work and

sprinklers, pumps), of the ventilation system to cope with the levels of CO (ducts, turbines, etc.) and

the electrical installation comprising the lighting system, the high-to-low voltage transformers, the

pumping motors, the ventilation turbines, the emergency autonomous diesel-driven electrical

generator, etc.).
