JOB PROFILE:

1. HR Administration

• Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of HR handbook, Cab Transporters, Employees data (Hard & Soft Copy)

• Handling Employee queries & General needs

• Notice, Letter, internal/External circular (Email & Hard copy)

• Maintain staff register/ Data file of staff members & Client (soft & Hard copy)

• Purchasing of goods and commodity for organization

• Online Bills submitting, (phone, electricity, internet connection)

• Scan documents, EMI submitting (vehicle)

• Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion.

• Cleaning of department daily,

• Maintaining of Attendance register, Half day register, leave form & documents files,

• Proper BOOK KEEPING (Bills, Notices, Letters, Insurance documents)

• Refreshment & lunch arrangement

• Maintenance work (computers, water cooler, servicing of vehicle, furniture & others as need)

2. Payroll Management

• Processing Salary/Advance/ Recovery of Advance and excess salary paid to employees.

• Take Care of PF & ESI, Form Filling, PF challan submission/ Bonafide for account opening or close & other Bank work

• Preparation of Payroll Audit files

• Preparing Experience and Relieving letters.

3. Legal and Bank work/Inspection

• Maintain documents for Special/Surprise visits by outsiders, like: PF Inspector, Sales tax Inspector and labor Inspector.

• Prepare Answer letter (sue or controversy)

• Management all Bank work, Financial statement,

• Stop Payment, Chaque Book issue,

• Prepare & Dispatch Confidential letter.

4. Recruitment and selection

• Coordinates, negotiates and liaise with placement agency and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment &

Interview schedules.

• Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels & management levels.

• Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.

5. Transport

• Handling Driver & conductor’s queries & General needs (As uniform, refreshment, OD)

• Take care of service of vehicles (Bus & Van), insurance, Pollution.

• Collect CNG, patrol, and fuel bills & keep in record.

6. General Duties

• Supervision of all department, fulfill needs & requirements.
