Duties include but were not limited to internal and external calling, pre-qualifying portfolio customers for
refinancing opportunities as well as following up on loan guidelines. Much of our portfolio consisted of
loans that were purchased on discount, ie., ($.60 on the $1.00). Our purpose was to refinance these loans
in most cases through FHA to see that they come out cash positive for the company. Many of our loans

Call center atmosphere where a large emphasis went into retaining Countrywide’s existing portfolio base
and establishing the best suited loan programs to meet customer needs. Responsibilities included but were
not limited to pre-qualifying Countrywide customers by analyzing credit, verifying debt to income ratios
and closely looking at available equity and loan to value ratios based on geographical region and soft
market guidelines. Duties also involved communicating the benefit and looking at the cost/savings
relationship involved in the refinance process. Averaged between 4 to 5 million in loan volume on a
monthly basis, funding between 15 to 20 loans per month. Other duties included staying current on
