• Responsible for all IT Systems, Logistical and Managerial aspects of the firm: IBM iSeries, application development & support, using VAI S2K ERP software for Customer Service, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Production Planning, Manufacturing.

Independent Consultant (2009 - Present)

Systems Implementation Consultant – Currently engaged as an independent contractor acting as Project Manager for the implementation of ERP solutions for clients. Successfully completed a VAI-S2K ERP implementation project in the Newark, NJ area for a multi-national retail sales firm supporting 15 companies. Also completed various other hardware/software implementation projects for Tampa, FL area clients, within budget and on schedule for projected go-live target dates. These projects required resource planning, business analysis and development of modifications and enhancements, budgeting, training, implementation and setup, parallel testing and the accumulation of knowledge on the client’s business processes to ensure an easy transition for users. Also worked on a large SQL Stored Procedure project for the corporate office of a large department store chain to integrate hand held technology to their retail outlets in a web based environment to back end processes on their corporate AS/400.
