Senior Logistic Supervisor

Provide program management and technical support as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Naval Sea

Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO) technical

requirements for the transition of NAVSEA Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) management to the Navy ERP

environment.

Follow the lead and direction of company activities in support of NAVSEA Sponsor Own Material (SOM)

management. Activities include 100% wall-to-wall inventory and data cleansing and conversion of over $3.1

billion of NAVSEA Operating Material and Supplies and facilitate the transition of data/records during the

Working Capital Fund (WCF) deployment of NAVY ERP to achieve financial compliance.

Plan, coordinate and lead the processing of excess SOM materials of defined requirements worth tens of

millions of dollars for redistribution to Navy Real-time Reutilization Asset Management (RRAM) sites

which will be available for issue to fleet components, or for transfer to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA),

Disposition Services sites for reutilization, transfer, donation, sale or disposal in accordance with Department

of Defense (DOD) regulations.

I am responsible for coordinating and disposing of old and outdated material via the Defense Reutilization

Marketing Office (DRMO).

Supervise and lead teams of 20 personnel or more on sites throughout the United States. Perform as the

direct point of contact to the customer onsite and the coordination and management of the inventory process.

Direct team leads and local hires alike. While on site, maintain constant communication with the Project

Manager, higher management and conduct the core team via weekly reports and phone conference, input and

maintain time sheets daily.

Provided program management, process improvement and implementation, recommended changes and

improvements as necessary to the current processes and procedures enforced by the Army National Guard

Readiness Center.

Provided Logistical staff support and analysis to the Army National Guard (ARNG). Was responsible

for tracking deployment/redeployment projections for ARNG personnel and equipment in all 54 US

States and Territories.
