This company is primarily known for contracting their various Franchise Brands into Colleges, Malls etc. Their development as a

company has been focused on the “food” industry. I was hired to train and develop their retail store, standards and practices.

• Developed an inventory system to track and control shrink

• Applied a barcode POS system and receiving process for product

Sweet Factory.

• Structure individualized compliance with state and local government laws and regulations
