Duties and Responsibilities:

> follow QAP

> Follow of Drawing (GA, P&ID and Isometric Drawing).

> To inspect the materials for material identification,

> Preparation of WPS as per applicable test code and carry out the PQR,

> Testing of all welder for performance test (WPQT),

> To inspect joint fit-up of each joint and marking fit-up inspection

reports.

> Inspection before welding, during welding and after welding &

preparing visual reports,

> Planning of NDT activities, as per ITP and review of reports,

> To check the PWHT requirement of joints and to witness during PWHT,

> To witness hydro test of pipe line and piping spools and pressure

vessels.

> To supervise during cleaning of pipe by buffing or grit blasting,

> To inspect the activities of painting, wrapping and coating to measure

WFT and DFT and to witness to pin -hole detection test, pill of

holidays test.

> To prepare punch list and line history sheet,

> Preparation of all inspection report from materials identification to

hydro test,

> Coordination with third party inspection persons during their

witnessing and visiting,

> Attending weekly and monthly meeting and QA/QC

> Execution of 3300 MT fabricated materials like erection and alignment

as per drawing.

> Quick and immediate resolution of problems/issues against drawing or

practical difficulties after consulting with customer.

> Close monitoring of activity as prepared on daily basis to achieve

planned schedule.

> Certification of subcontractor measurement.
