• Successfully launched the web based Electronic Medical Records System, Point Click Care.

of equipment with the facility to ensure efficient point of care documentation. Coordinated and conducted

training for various roles on the new Electronic Medical Record System. Roles included Certified Nurse

• Implemented Daylight IQ (COMS), an electronic disease management program that customizes each

Resident’s assessments so that subtle changes would be identified quicker, and Physician intervention

would be sought earlier, to prevent unnecessary rehospitalizations.

• Squashed an aggressive campaign by SEIU to get staff to sign union cards. Was successful in educating

the staff and SEIU failed in their attempt to have a union election.

• Performed as the Acting Administrator when there was no Administrator at the facility for 3 months.

• Received the Company’s Top Dog award Q3 2012 for excellence in safety and reduced Employee

Injuries/Workers’ Comp claims.
