for Marcellus Shale Play in NEW YORK and Pennsylvania signed
leases, researched titles and heir’s, and negotiated pipeline ROW’s.
Experienced in the Utica shale play in Ohio.
Forestry Consultant (Forestry)
Worked as a Consultant, Land Agent for PBS Coals (Servestal
Corp.) (Coal). I managed all of Cambria County, Pa.
Managed a sawmill (factory) and 3 logging crews. I had 28 people
working under me. I bought the timber. I assisted in management of
the sawmill.
Business Owner- I have owned my own logging company for 20
years. I am experienced at working “with” the public. I have cut and
managed over 1200 timber jobs. I work with many county and state
agencies in permitting.

Indiana VFW. I managed the manpower kids. I sprayed
the greens.
Four years of metal shop. I can run milling machines and lathes.
I have experience surveying. I carry 2,000,000 in liability for
surveying.
