Relationship Pricing (RP) is a Bank of America Investments (BAI) trading

application, where self directed clients offered tiered based pricing for

equity and option trade commissions. RP's determination rules calculates

Self Directed (SD) client's Tire level based on combined brokerage and

bank asset, trade activity, and other qualifiers indicator. After

evaluating Tier values system provides updated Indicator to

Online/KD/MIDAS system through Web Service calls or downstream feeds. As
