I believe my experience and track record in facilities, project management and planning makes

me an excellent fit. Following this Letter of Introduction and resume I have included a generic

Director/Senior Project Manager’s position description with comments on my experience and

action plan relating to my approach in managing projects.

I am dedicated in providing and promoting outstanding customer satisfaction results through

actions and communications. At the conclusion of each project stakeholders are provided with a

Customer Satisfaction Survey and asked to comment the construction activities, communications

and the General Contractors performance.

Thank you for taking the time to review my qualifications. Please feel free to contact me at a time

of your convenience to discuss my background as well as the requirements for the available
