Job Responsibilities

Production Planning & Volumes Delivery: Coordinate weekly plans, Convert to daily plans & ensure Communication to shopfloor. Maximising machine Capacity Utilisation, Coordination with Cross functional Departments for ensuring Master Production Plan Schedule Adherence. The key responsibilities in Manufacturing Coordination span from Planning for SKU Runs / Product Changeovers / Execution, maintain Quality Assurance initiatives, Safety drives.

Quality: Regular Process Audits & Gap Closure, Line Quality Review on monthly basis and lead the Corrective & Preventive Actions(CAPA) . Monthly Rejection analysis & do RCA of the same & provide CAPA.

Safety: Driving Monthly Safety Committee Meeting & review Actions Closures, Ensuring 100% Safety compliance including Risk Assessments, Planned WorkPlace Inspections, Near Miss, Work Permits, LOTO, PPE’s & Fire safety Trainings.

People: Trainings, Small Group Activity, Skill building & leading Continuous Improvement Culture on line for team engagement.

Cost: Yield (Manufacturing) Improvements, Waste Mapping & Generating Action Plans. Material wastage to perfection by controlling variances, maintaining tight controls over material issuance systems and rigorous Manufacturing Mechanisms.
