? Assesses and issues guidance to collections team to establish the applicability, ongoing compliance, and
process improvement of FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, and GLBA in debt collections and credit card surcharge
permissibility laws.
? Evaluates international regulation, interpret, and ensures marketing and campaign vendors are in compliance
requirements with Canada?s anti-spam legislation (CASL).
? Conducts product liability research and renders advice with project management including the oversight of
product manual revision ensuring compliance with ANSI guidelines.
