Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). Responsible for daily

production and analysis requirements to include the commander's daily

update, the daily intelligence note, the J2 Watch updates, and

answering any Requests for Information (RFIs) as necessary.

. Coordinate RFIs with other branches of the Analysis Section to ensure

each inquiry is routed to the proper personnel in the most expedient

fashion. Research relevant intelligence products on both classified

and unclassified networks to maintain vigilance on events in the

Southern Command region that may require a response from U.S. forces

. Prepare more detailed intelligence reports as requested on both

classified and unclassified networks for matters within the Southern

Command Area of Responsibility (AOR) as requested by the commander;

otherwise assist the J2 Analysis Section Officer-in-Charge (OIC) with

all other matters as appropriate

. Volunteered to be lead Productions and Analysis Officer responsible

for conducting independent research and leading group efforts to

prepare and present comprehensive daily and weekly intelligence

briefings and reports to the III Marine Expeditionary Force Command

Staff, with a special focus on North Korea, China, the Pacific Command

region, international terrorist groups to include membership,

intentions, activity and financial operations, the Syria conflict and

cyber intelligence activity

. Supervised production and dissemination of all signals, cyber and

electronic intelligence for the 1st Marine Air Wing Intelligence

Section to include producing weekly cyber and electronic intelligence

summaries distributed to the III Marine Expeditionary Force staff, and

overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, disposal and acquisition of all

3rd Special Security Communications Team equipment and hardware

. Served as Air Combat Intelligence Officer-in-Charge and Targeting

Officer for the Ulchi Freedom Guardian/Key Resolve 2013 exercise,

producing a daily intelligence summary for the 1st Marine Air Wing

Commanding General and monitoring all relevant exercise communications

. Initiated and managed Top Secret/SCI clearances for over 300 personnel

at Wing Headquarters through the EQIP, JPAS and Office of Personnel

Management software systems, ensuring the dissemination of classified

material to eligible individuals was in accordance with all proper

procedures and protocols

. Briefed all SCI-indoctrinated personnel on policies and procedures

concerning operational security

. Supervised security clearance procedures for subordinate commands in

Hawaii, Okinawa and Iwakuni, Japan, and other locations throughout the
