Project description: Rihan Heights Residential apartment -Abu Dhabi (UAE)

. Total value of AED373 million is equal to INR625 crores.

. Total 5 towers 32,28,21,18 & 22 floor each residential apartment, 3

floor of car park (basement)

. Includes 14 individual villas, landscape, clubhouse, gymnasium,

swimming pool and penthouse.

auditorium, two swimming pools, three water feature system and

landscape.

Key Role performed:

. Person-in-charge for cooperate training center, Swimming pool,

auditorium and water feature system.

. All shop drawings, coordination drawing, samples and technical

catalogs submission.

. Liaise with client, architects and M&E consultant on technical Issue,

site work and co-ordination matters.

. To check VRV (Aircon unit) installation work ensure carried out is as

per location, type and control.

. To check swimming pool and water feature pump installation, pipe

routing work ensure carried out is as per location and size to get

best finishing result to meet client requirement.

. Implementing ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System & Internal

Quality Audit To ensure the effective implementation of construction

planning activity from pre-contract to construction is in conformance

to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System & ISO 14001:2004

Environmental Management System;

. Participate in matters concerning Occupational, Safety and Health

(OSHA) organize by company;

. Updated Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status of MEP Works/Submissions to

Superiors/Senior Project Manager.

. Closely monitored the pending/outstanding items like

resubmission/Variation works by performing Special tasks.

. Ensured that the monthly claims are prepared and submitted promptly.

. Studied, highlighted and resolved the discrepancies in drawings / BQ

and specification.

. Liaison inclusive of meeting with subcontractors and suppliers.

. Plan, implement and monitor the weekly program so that the overall

project program can be achieved.

. Coordinated all M&E services related to structural and architectural

works.

. Liaise with clients, architects and consultant on site works and

drawings and coordination matters.

. Ensured all M&E sub contractors submit their materials for approval

prior to commencement of works.

. Complied with site safety requirements and ensure safe working

methods, hazard identification and initiate counter measures on safe

system of works by conducting daily Tool-Box briefing to the Workers.
