North Texas Specialty Physicians (NTSP) is an Independent Physician Association (IPA) comprised of nearly 650 family

and specialty doctors dedicated to delivering the best medical care to residents of North Texas. The project involved

development of various reports for the billing and account department to process the claims and services provided by

physicians of the organization and its affiliates CareNCare, UHC, Humana.

The reports involved month-end Member Roster Reports: To identify new physician or providers who joined in the group

and the how many were terminated. Physicians Attestation Reports : To get the physicians signature for the claims that

were not captured by the automated claim processing system like Altegra etc in order to process the claims. Outlier

Report : To identify the claims that were significantly high and crossed the norm for that particular diagnosis.

The reports developed gave an insight to the management about their business and their service to the members.
