Work Destination; Underground Full Military Banker and Oil-Gas
Storage
Job Description: This project if tunneling or underground oil

Storage. And I worked here as an underground welder for
Four(4) years. It is a big project because in one site of
A project they dug up a 21 caverns. And the measurement
of each cavern were length 500meters;width-135meters;
Height-236meters.All of these caverns should be shielded
by plate a special plate of "hardox plate" that we called.
We used different procedures of welding. Sometimes we
Used MIG welding or Manganese Inert Gas Welding,
Automatic orbital welding machine, and FCAW welding and
Manual stick welding and of course we have to follow the
amperage welding system that is prepared by the American
and Swedish welding specialist. All welding should pass
in X-ray,U.T. testing, Magnetic test and leak testing.
Duties and responsibilities:
. In charge for all welding works.
. Ensure that all related performance of welding activities are properly
disseminated and clearly understood by qualified welders.
. Make sure that all plans are properly executed and all tasks are
completed with in the required time table given.
. Check and verify welder performance for maintaining of each
qualification/specification and requirements.
. Follow HSE policy, rules and regulations also the Company Rules and
Regulations.
. In addition of my duties and responsibilities as a Welding Foreman, I
act as a QA-QC or WELDING INSPECTOR. For the 15 years of my welding
profession, I've been scalate of my profession from Welder to Welding
Foreman. And being a FOREMAN, I've learned a lot of difficulties and
defects as well as the proper procedure of welding. To maintain the
good production of welding, I need to inspect all the welding works
before and after of welding works. Because I need to maintain the
closed supervision of welding to avoid the defects of welding. And due
to this, I can admit to myself even if I don't have the papers of
being a QA-QC or WELDING INSPECTOR, I could able to execute the proper
procedures of welding especially to exotic materials. And I'd been a
WELDING QUALIFIER of the AG&P Company because of my knowledge in the
proper procedures of welding. It's an advantage for me to be WELDING
QUALIFIER because I really came and experienced the procedure of
welding before I got into this position.
