structural according to AWS D1.1 Code and client's specification.

. Develop and review welding procedure specification (WPS) for piping

according to ASME IX Code and client's specification for wide range

material grade such as low carbon steel to high tensile carbon steel,

stainless steel to super duplex stainless steel, CuNi, Inconel,

Titanium, etc.

. Develop and review welding procedure specifications for raiser

pipeline comply with API RP 1104 and client's specification.

. Review welder certificate, welder pass, and its renewal.

. Review Welding Procedure Qualification Test (WPQT) proposal.

. Review and monitoring weekly welding performance.

. Witnessing or review mechanical testing of WPQT.

. Prepare and conduct training for subordinate.

. Assess sub ordinate's KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and self KPI as

well annually.

. Assist Contract department to review welding specification of next

incoming project.

. Assist Procurement department to review welding consumable.

. Assist Expeditor to review vendor's WPS.

Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) of Permas

Production (PR-PA) Substructure and the Interim Production Facility (IPF)
