Marietta area for over 95 years. The YWCA has acted as a safe haven for

women suffering from domestic violence or sexual assault, and leads a

sexual assault nurse examiner program that extends across three counties in

the northwest Georgia area.

General Responsibilities Include:

Performing and documenting sexual assault medical forensic interviews

effectively and in a timely manner

Effectively collecting forensic specimens and completing supportive

documentation

Carrying out detailed head-to-toe assessments to check for trauma

Performing detailed genital and anal examinations on male and female
