ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
On boarding
- Coordinate for Joining formalities
- Conduct HR Induction & Orientation on company policy, culture, process & procedure.
- Ensure adherence to SLA & established standards
Training & Development
- Facilitate for Training activities, ensuring participation of employees & tracking attendance
Exit Management
- Responsible for the entire exit & to ensure smooth separation of exiting employees
- Conduct Exit interviews
- Facilitating recovery follow ups and F&F calculation & settlement to exiting employees
within defined SLA & ensuring process compliance
- Updating database, Issue experience letter
- Attrition analysis on monthly/ yearly basis & preparing attrition reports.
Transfer
- Issue transfer letter & process relocation claims as per company policy

Medical Insurance
- Monthly inputs on New addition, Interim addition & Deletion
- Coordinate with TPA for payments
Performance Management
