Oversaw build schedules, construction activities and integration, optimization and troubleshooting of all activities

as they pertained to civil and RF construction. Supervised staff of 5 construction managers across 3 states and

teams of up to 16 subcontractors during construction and close out activities. Procured reports to local, regional

and executive management teams and service providers regarding the status of the Central region.

AT&T WIRELESS, Chicago, IL 2008 – 2009

Spearheaded the development and implementation of civil and RF construction plans. Managed logistics for the

UMTS construction and subsequent troubleshooting of cellular network facilities. Supervised teams of up to 30

subcontractors and in-house employees. Authored and revised process control documents, and provided support

in developing and updating policies and procedures.
