With over 34 years of experience in the construction industry I feel that I have attained
a thorough knowledge of most all phases of residential and commercial building
applications. My main expertise is in commercial and residential steel framing,
drywall, drywall finishing, acoustic ceilings, insulation, stucco, EIFS and veneer
stone. I have worked extensively with programs such as Site Work 98, On Screen Take
Off, Quick Bid, EJobs, Plan Swift and Microsoft Office. I am a fast learner in the
estimating and project management field, whether it involves a new software program
or a specialized company system for estimating or project management. Over the past
13 years I have estimated and managed both residential and commercial construction
projects.
My goal is to forge a successful working relationship with an employer that offers
long-term growth potential and stability.
I feel that my many years of hands on, estimating and project management
