Responsible for overall performance of a 274 unit high-end luxury community located on Daniel Island,

SC. Managing day-to-day operations of the management office in addition to accepting and walking

buildings with the owner and construction team. Effective leadership skills setting clear expectations of

our goals while motivating the sales team. After the transition of ownership and management from

Riverstone Residential, Trade Street Residential extended me the offer to continue to manage Talison

Row. The property has since stabilized and we are now focused on rent growth and resident retention.
