Annual Review system for P & C customer:

o Created system design based on requirements for a big regulatory project for P&C Insurance

customer. As part of this project, a new process was put in place to generate annual review of

policies. The complexity here was the data which needed to be synced between the Insurer

system and various bank systems (HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB).Additionally,

created the SFTP transfer mechanism between the Insurer and bank system

Claims Portal Migration and User segregation:

o Created application design for migration of claims application Portal (legacy back end) user base

to a new version of portal. This also required defining user segregation requirements between

various users of the claim application. This project led to licensing cost savings of 80K GBP /year

o Used IBM Rational developer to create WSDL files and Cobol SOAP xml convertor programs for

exposing back end CICS business logic programs to front end Websphere Portal in Bottom UP

mode

o Compiled Cobol programs by using new Endevor processor group - Enterprise Cobol compiler
