• Co-founder of the regional offices in other countries of Central America to provide

VP Engineering (CTIO) DIGICEL Tegucigalpa, Honduras 2007-2010

• Managed the rollout of Digicel in Honduras, developing more than 1300 cellular sites in

less than 1 year with a budget of more than $500M

budget for technical area, as well insuring the best use of the resources
