My duties were dispatching cabs to pick up customers in a timely matter. Taking phone reservations from customers enter
drivers into the computer for the start and end of their shift. Very heavy phone and computer work. I kept updated on
emergency procedures. Assisting customers as well as drivers with any inquiries they might have. I went through time
calls to make sure the drivers have sufficient time to pick up the customer. I used a map book, computer map program,
GPS program,fax and email.
