Project Objective

1. Deployment of TIAA – CREF Banking application from a juvenile stage by sequence of enhancements to improve the quality of the customer front end and customer banking services to provide better banking solutions to the customer.

2. To provide Retirement at work product services to the new eligible/existing participants by various contributions and pre-defined set of Plan Products

Project Description

TIAA-CREF Banking is a newly launched product of the client and it seeks to stabilize the customer front end through SIT and UAT test environments. The portfolio of a banking customer is maintained using profile applications. Profile comprises of numerous applications built using WebClient-CSR- WebAdmin integration. These systems communicate with FIS at times to retrieve data. Profile has the flexibility to incorporate the sub components like, Cash control via PD Teller, Disbursement, fees, funds, plans, customers, Fulfillment, letters, fraud management. For the same functionality there are usually two sets of applications. One for the business operation to be performed by the customer and the other set of applications for the same business operation to be performed by the CSR (through WebCSR). Also the project involves a variety of banking solutions to the customer such as eDelivery, WebClient account management, Web CSR IVR and so on. There is a parallel branch of Commercial Lending sprouting as a big opportunity to provide loan products to the customers.

TIAA-CREF MVAS/PPS is a project that looks forward to provide various permutations of plan products to the eligible participants and testing the backend defined sources for the same. This involved the database testing and seeding the participants using Seed files that are framed using predefined Spark templates which is interpreted by ODS/MDM jobs and generate communications for the customers such as emails and letters using POST jobs. This also includes processing of CR files for supplemental contributions and modifications to the existing contributions of the participant. Salary deferral agreement is submitted to the participant once the contribution is made. Parallely, there are various certification scenarios framework which are certified by the business for PPS testing and Communications for testing the generated communications for the participants for various combinations such as new eligibility, Eligibility reminder and so on.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prasanna Shrinivas has played Team Lead role with the team size of 15.

• He has prepared estimation for the all the project releases and attended the Kick off Meeting.

• He has prepared Test Plan and coordinating with development team for better understanding of high- risk areas and overall system expectation.

• He has also given Knowledge Transition (KT) to the new team members and involved in complete Software Testing Life Cycle

• He has prepared Test Summary Report and Lesson Learnt Document as part of Project Closure activities and involved in internal Audit.

He has prepared Seed and CR files for enrolling the participants to the MVAS database and subsequently submitting Salary deferral agreement by providing various contributions using set of plan product sources

• He has full responsibility for Daily Status Report (DSR), Weekly Status Report (WSR), Test

Management Operation (TMO) and Monthly Status Report (MSR) deliverables.

Team acts as an end system that handles Siebel CRM front end along with Quality Center involving in the effective Order management and communication services for CBeyond customers.

Project Description

Siebel is a customer relationship management application. This acts as a database of all the customer details and manages the customer requests such as provision – assurance of an order, right from creation of opportunity for a customer and gradually moving to provision assurance by transforming into a customer complete order which includes various services and enhancements in it. This project takes care of the customer requests for any types of orders based on the release wise enhancements. Siebel CRM interacts with EAI via XML requests which is stored in the backend for order management.
