Early work summary:

Before my ten year purchasing management consulting career, I studied CIS management and

obtained an associate degree to become a programmer. My internship as teacher aid the College of

DuPage helped train women to return to the workforce by learning new skills and several software and

computer programs. My earlier work started at a family owned/IRS tax payer agency representative.

I began my career in purchasing management as a Buyer and quickly promoted to Purchasing Agent in

the environmental engineering industry. I worked for ground breaking pollution control companies.

Patented combustion/computer aided technology (PLC) with pulse hearth conveyor and ash silo

systems. Specialized temperate control systems for hazardous waste control, and later work with clear

air / clear diesel chemical pumping systems that removed toxic air particles with patented chem ical

injection into boiler systems to allow a clean burn instituted by improved EPA clean air law standards.

These complex designs required customized engineering with knowledge of blueprint readin g and bill of

materials systems.

As the sole Purchasing Agent entrusted with heavy responsibility as the single point of contact

organized multiple project management working with teams of engineering staff and field construction

engineering for cradle-to-grave supply chain involvement due to hazardous nature of waste and

chemicals exported via containerized ocean vessel and air freight transit to international locations. Strict

international customs laws management knowledge and flawless ISO9000 standard documentation.
