I was an owner operator running on 48 states authority delivery of freights / goods to major companies. In

my capacity as a solo owner operator while maintaining all Department of Transportation safety standards

rules and regulations I was able to make on time deliveries. I was the primary contact between customers

and vendors and communicated in both oral and written forms. With the downturn of the economy and the

challenge to keep a small personal business running, I have sought to provide value to others but now face

the challenge of gaining employment for myself. I have learned a great deal about customer service.
